Purpose:
The Civilian Count Survey is a global public participation survey designed to document unexplained neurological, sensory, and environmental experiences reported by civilians.
This survey serves as the central data collection effort to:
- Track the number of individuals reporting symptoms
- Identify geographic patterns
- Understand the range of experiences
- Support awareness and access to care
It is open to civilians worldwide, including veterans and current or former government personnel. No diagnosis or medical background is required to participate. All responses are voluntary and may be submitted anonymously.
Civilian Count is a public participation campaign developed to ensure that individuals experiencing unexplained neurological or sensory disturbances are represented in national data and research efforts. Including Targeted Individuals, Veterans, Government Employees, Men, Women, Young people
By encouraging widespread survey participation, Civilian Count helps quantify how many people are affected, where patterns may be occurring, and what types of experiences are being reported. This initiative strengthens the foundation for advocacy, resource allocation, and future support systems by making sure civilian experiences are documented, visible, and included in the broader conversation.
In addition, this survey is designed to provide elected leaders with structured, community-based data so they can better understand these experiences and work toward constructive
solutions, including allocating resources to support individuals dealing with similar
medical concerns.
