Collecting public responses from individuals who believe their decision-making, thoughts, behavior, emotions, sleep, or daily functioning are being remotely influenced, and/or have changed in unusual or unexplained ways.
This survey is open to the general public. You do not need a diagnosis, legal case, medical proof, or prior report to participate.
Responses help document reported experiences involving decision-making changes, unusual sensory or sound experiences, cognitive concerns, sleep disruption, emotional distress, behavior changes, and impacts on daily life.
Individuals experiencing abnormal neurological, sensory, cognitive, or unexplained health symptoms should be counted, documented, and included in conversations about research, medical access, support, and public policy.
It does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or investigative conclusions.
